Euroswitch has obtained the RINA – EU RO MR Type Approval Certificate for the P3X and IMX level sensor families, designed for installation on vessels classified by EU-recognized marine classification bodies.

Certificate no. EMR502024CS was issued in accordance with the “Rules for Testing, Certification and Acceptance of Marine Equipment and Materials”, confirming compliance with internationally recognized technical standards.


A strategic decision: Mutual Recognition
Unlike a standard RINA-only approval, which applies exclusively to shipyards using RINA as their reference classification body, the Mutual Recognition (EU RO MR) certificate ensures acceptance across all major societies including ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas, ClassNK, and others.

This provides a clear competitive edge to shipbuilders and technical partners who rely on sensor solutions validated across multiple authorities.
